About Us
I'm Christopher Kennedy, founder of Rule 62 Consulting, LLC. Prior to establishing my expert witness practice, I served as a Massachusetts State Trooper, where I gained extensive field experience in accident investigation, evidence collection and analysis, and crash scene management.

Following my employment with the Massachusetts State Police, I obtained by B.S. in Industrial Engineering, ACTAR Accreditation, and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license.

This combination of law enforcement experience and engineering expertise provides a unique advantage. I am able to bring my hands-on scene investigation skills, understanding of legal processes, and the ability to identify critical evidence and combine them with physics-based methodology to every case.
